About the Job
We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Office Administrator to support daily financial and administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable balancing office responsibilities with occasional field errands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
  • Process and assist with office payroll.
  • Perform routine banking tasks, including deposits and pickups.
  • Run errands and travel to and from client locations for document pickups and deliveries.
  • Maintain organized records, files, and financial documentation.
  • Support general office administrative functions as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop.
  • Experience with accounts payable and receivable.
  • Comfortable handling confidential financial and payroll information.
  • Ability to move efficiently between tasks and priorities.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
  • Self-motivated and dependable with minimal supervision.
